Job Title: Golf Club Operations, Range Assistant

Position Summary: Responsible for upkeep, maintenance, marshaling and guest service surrounding the experience on the course.
Position Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Other duties as assigned such as golf cart maintenance/cleaning.
• Treats all members, guests, and staff with exceptional guest services
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the proactive range and short game area.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
• Marshals the golf course to ensure pace of play standards are being met.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Ability

• Age 21, valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions;
• Basic knowledge of golf course procedures
• Reliable and predictable attendance.
• Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Follow safety practices and recognizing hazards.
• Present a positive, professional image.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High School degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
• Ability to operate golf carts
• Ability to physically lift and carry golf balls and range ball cases
• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
• Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
