Club Golf Coach Jobs

Maintain knowledge of house drink selection and menu items and make recommendations to dining members.

Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Provide skill instruction, guidance, and constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.

Coaching experience in the specific club sport or a closely related sport.

Knowledge of coaching techniques, strategies, and rules for the specific club sport.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.

This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.

Demonstrated leadership skills including recruiting, performance management, and conflict resolution are essential. Training in de-escalation techniques preferred.

Support Club Manager in supervising club with efficiency and effectiveness to support the direction consistent with the Agency’s strategic plan.

Responsible for supporting Club Manager with establishing and maintaining program curriculum.

3-5 years’ experience working directly with youth and young adults is strongly preferred.

Experience working with community groups and coordinating fundraising activities is desired.

Provide direct care supervision of youth during all aspects of the daily routine, monitor school attendance and progress, assist with homework/tutoring.

Management of a personal care group of allocated golfers responsible for their retention, activation, and participation.

Creation and management of a new membership pipeline including management of the conversion to member.
