Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager

AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager to join its Global Talent Solutions team. As a key member of the Global Talent Solutions organization, the Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager is responsible for the planning, managing, and overseeing global strategic talent acquisition programs, processes, tools and systems (the TA tech stack), metrics and reporting. The overall purpose of this role is to further develop and optimize AGCO's global recruitment programs, infrastructure, and processes to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience. This position is the project manager and subject matter expert for technology and systems implementations and configurations as well as for programs and process changes.


This role exercises considerable judgement to make decisions and recommendations to identify and manage, scale, and evolve, existing programs to meet recruiting and business needs, with an emphasis on increasing TA team effectiveness, impact, and diversity. The Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager is a perfect role for someone who is ready to bring existing programs to the next level, help build up new processes from the ground up and has the ability to manage ambiguity, including dealing with challenges and events that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place.


What you will do:


  • Project manage implementations and roll-outs for processes, programs, systems and tools.
  • Analyze the technology landscape regularly and propose tools and system updates as appropriate.
  • Own the AGCO applicant tracking system (ATS) and identify gaps and opportunities. Serve as module lead for the grow system Recruitment and Career platforms. Partner with stakeholders to ensure systems can deliver automated, efficient, and exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Measure effectiveness of talent acquisition processes by leveraging analytics to establish and analyze key performance metrics. Identify both successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive comprehensive recruitment solutions that ensure excellent customer service and desired talent acquisition outcomes. Provide ongoing oversight for the Global Talent Acquisition infrastructure including programs, processes/procedures and supporting HR systems
  • Partner with Finance to ensure recharging of recruitment costs where applicable.
  • From the Global level oversee the RPO vendor alignment and delivery of outsourced recruitment services. Monitor KPIs and SLAs globally as well as direct the lifecycle activities for existing contracts.
  • Support Global TA strategy and Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategy development as a subject matter expert for Global hiring processes, programs, systems, and reporting.


What you will bring:

  • Ability to generate results through influence in a global environment with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • 5 years of Human Resources Experience preferably within Talent Acquisition
  • Experience as a Recruiter considered an asset
  • Solutions-oriented self starter who can work independently
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage complex projects.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Experience with RPO management and Internal Talent Acquisition Processes
  • Strong organizational skills - an eye for detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.


A plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of the SuccessFactors Recruitment module preferred.


Travel Requirement:

  • Up to 15%
