The Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiting Associate reviews resumes, conducts phone interviews, and presents candidates to hiring managers to fill roles internally. This position ensures requisition needs are filled and multiple annual recruiting and training classes are filled. The TA Recruiting Associate monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance and makes recommendations for process improvements. This position develops relationships with prospective talent and creates and manages talent pipelines for future training classes.
