Position: GIS Analyst II

Seeking GIS Analysts with 2-3 years of experience who have excellent communication and organizational skills and stable work history for remote work assignments. Interested candidates should have hands-on experience working with GIS tools for various tasks including location verification, as well as researching, analyzing, correcting, and completing maps / AsBuilts. Candidates must be detail-oriented to determine discrepancies, and then through research and tool application, capture and document corrected information, whether pertaining to location of assets, and/or other mapping work. This is a full-time, 8-hour / day assignment and productivity will be monitored to ensure goals are met.

This team supports Geo-Information Systems Service Line location verification, pipeline material verification, and other mapping initiatives. This work will involve leveraging Smallworld GDO for location verification work (not required, training will be provided on this tool) to perform basic mapping, plotting and query application work. ArcGIS tools will be used for AsBuilt work once proficiency is demonstrated with the Service Line verification work.
