Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees, including the agency force. An insurance license is ideal, but not necessary, to be considered.


Responsibilities

  • Actively oversee full company/agent compliance with laws, regulation & best practices
  • Develop & manage all lines of insurance for the company’s Property & Casualty book of business
  • Maintain compliance underwriting and claims procedure regimen.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
  • Identify potential product enhancements to promote & maintain ahealthy policy holder portfolio
  • Manage operations and finances of business


Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Management and Customer Service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team
  • Comfort working with budgets and spreadsheets
