Job Title: Game Manager

Basket Technologies, Inc. is seeking a proactive Game Manager to spearhead one or more

Roblox experiences in our portfolio of 18 games with over 70 million monthly plays. The

successful candidate will handle monetization, updates, player retention, and ensure smooth

cross-platform integration between our games and our social platform, "Picnic". They will

independently manage small teams of in-house game developers.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee monetization and ensure regular game updates for our Roblox games.

● Implement strategies to enhance player retention and game popularity.

● Promote "Picnic" within our games for seamless user experience.

● Independently manage and lead small developer teams.

● Demonstrate independence in decision making and problem-solving, minimizing the

need for direct supervision.

Required Qualifications:

● At least 2 years of experience in game development or a related field

● Ability to work independently and make critical decisions without constant input

● Experience with Git/GitHub and source control practices

Preferred Qualifications:

● Familiarity with the Roblox platform and understanding of game monetization strategies

● Full-stack development experience, encompassing both front-end and back-end

development

● High competency in LUA and a solid understanding of Roblox Studio

● Degree in Computer Science or related field

● Willingness and ability to work in person in our Tbilisi office is a plus
