Must be available to work all HEAT home games, select weekend events, and evenings as needed

Strong conceptual skills, including online software concepts and online experience concepts.

Has some knowledge and experience in video editing and/or cinematography is a plus.

Must be reliable and exhibit commitment to meeting both the work schedule and job requirements.

Knowledge and understanding of industry specific social media metrics and best practices.

Knowledge of website structure and functionality (Squarespace).

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

You have an enthusiasm for and a deep knowledge about games, game dev, community & social media trends

Technically savvy with experience of using multiple marketing channels, content creation and community tools

Minimum of 1 year of experience in community or social media working on games

Strong experience in managing Discord communities

Good communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams around the world

Must possess a strong knowledge of special event management, event planning, operations, entertainment standards, and logistics.

At least 6 – 8 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced live event/production environment.

Must have functional knowledge of control room signal flow and an understanding of technical equipment to the larger show/production.

Must possess a strong knowledge of football rules, stats, storylines, and history

independently manage small teams of in-house game developers.

● Promote "Picnic" within our games for seamless user experience.

● Independently manage and lead small developer teams.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Create and manage game day scripts and ensure all corporate, marketing, ticket and group sales obligations are met.

Game night stage manager – includes but is not limited to headset communication, coordinating props, staging, talent, and player coordination.

Four to five years of experience with large scale events or arena operations

Two to three years of experience in a supervisory role in live entertainment production.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills
