Desired Skills and Experience:
-6+ years as an IT Business Systems Analyst, supporting all phases of SDLC (ideally within the Healthcare and/or Insurance domains)
-Extensive experience gathering and writing requirements, outlining processes, etc. (Hybrid environment, Agile/Scrum and Waterfall)
-Experience creating project roadmaps, use cases, visualizations, reports, test plans, process documents, etc.
-Experience managing various project Artifacts, experience with Artifact Management and utilizing Traceability Matrix
-Experience analyzing data for gaps, trends, or potential risks and providing recommendations for areas of improvement
-Experience acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams, various business units, and working with executive stakeholders
-Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Day-to-Day:
A large Healthcare Insurance client, located in Philadelphia, is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to join their PMO. He/she will be supporting various types of projects and will be involved in all phases of the project life cycle. This will involve outlining processes, gathering and writing requirements in a Hybrid environment (Agile/Scrum AND Waterfall), creating documentation/visualizations, defining use cases, identifying gaps/risks, making recommendations for areas of improvement, assisting in testing efforts, ensuring that deliverables are successfully executed, etc. Will be partnering with Project Managers, acting as a liaison across the organization, and collaborating with executive stakeholders, therefore, must be able to effectively communicate with audiences. Ideally, candidates will have previous experience within of the Healthcare and/or Insurance domain and be able to apply that to knowledge.
