Full-charge Bookkeeper/QuickBooks Consultant
Job duties: Prepare sales tax, quarterly and annual payroll reports. Post and reconcile books from client source documents using various accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage and Creative Solutions, among others. Prepare client payable and payroll checks. Record monthly and year-end adjustments. Produce general ledger and financial statement reports. On-site consultation at client's office to provide QuickBooks and Sage support.
Requirements: Recent bookkeeping experience at a public accounting firm. Mastered all phases of QuickBooks, with certification preferred. Computer proficiency using Excel, Word and accounting software programs. Attention to detail, communication and organizational skills are needed for this position.
