We’re seeking a talented and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team, the ideal candidate will have the ability to enable data driven decisions, clinical excellence and commercial success throughout RTI, by the provision of data and insights via dashboards, reporting and pieces of analysis, using data manipulation and visualization tools to access and optimize RTI: Research Technology International's data model.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate progress, issues and blockers on tasks and projects
• Support research team in the delivery of Clinical and Economic Evaluations
• Provide data and insights to enable optimization of clinical and service delivery processes
• Support evidence-based Product Development through analysis of service user behavior
• Work closely with function leads and Insights Team colleagues, in translating insights requirements into work plans
• Optimize dashboards with new data points and improved functionality
• Enable commercial success through delivery of insights and narrative aligned to strategic communication

• At least 1 year experience data analytics
• A degree in a relevant subject such as Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

Compensation:$ 75,000- $ 85,000 based on experience.
