Full Charge Bookkeeper Jobs

Genesis Biotechnology Group (GBG) is a consortium of entities and institutes, in the field of medical research. Our mission is to improve the patient’s quality of life by linking basic science and the development of diagnostic and pre-clinical treatments. Our GBG members also engage in research and development of complex genetic tests, screening for potential drugs and drug targets, clinical trials and other research and academic collaborations.

We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our rapid growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, must be organized and multi-tasking, and have ability to reconcile account, prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain various Excel files
• Input invoices and process payments
• Assist with preparing financial statements and report on variances
• Monthly Owner distribution reconciliation
• Other projects as assigned
• Reconcile monthly expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements for all departments and companies
• Record day to day financial transaction and complete posting process
• Process accounts receivable and payable for all departments

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Sage 100 & 1099s Filing is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking skills.
• Strong team player
