Front Office Details


  • Answering all calls and directing as needed
  • Other office duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Full Time work available
  • Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests
  • First Shift ( Monday through Wednesday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )
  • $ 16.00 / hour
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • Data Entry into Microsoft Excel


Front Office Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work with different groups of people.
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
  • Prior customer service skills and experience a plus
  • Proficiency in computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Planning and organizing abilities.
  • Efficient time management skills.
