We are currently searching for a Front Office Coordinator to join our Avondale location.


Front Desk Responsibilities:


  • Connect with our billing team, referring physicians, and clinical team to align on patient needs
  • Communicate benefits eligibility with patients and follow over-the-counter collections guidelines
  • Carry out intake procedures including collecting patient paperwork and entering patient demographic information into EMR
  • Ensure all patients are scheduled and following their prescribed plan of care
  • Greet and assist all patients/ visitors and respond to all inquiries appropriately


The perfect candidate will be outgoing, friendly, professional, detail oriented, adaptable, have computer experience, and stellar customer service relations.
