Pediatric Front Office Jobs

Fast Growing Pediatric practice has openings available. We are currently looking for a positive, experienced and reliable Medical Front Office Staff members who can handle many different responsibilities in a fast paced environment. Candidate has worked with insurance, and is able to adapt to a fast growing office. Multi-tasking and open communication skills are a must. Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required. Multiple Locations
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE GOODYEAR FACILITY (Training Facility differs from home facility)
Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Daily opening and closing responsibilities
• Patient Check in and Check Out
• Medical chart management (eClinical Works EMR)
• HIGH VOLUME PATIENT INTERACTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Basic Knowledge of insurances
• Bilingual A + but not required.
• Collection of copayments and balance in a front office setting
• Strong phone etiquette (Extremely High Volume)
• Appointment scheduling

We require the ability to work in a fast passed office, which requires Attention to detail while multi-tasking. Training provided.
Some traveling may be required based on location.
Minimum 1 year experience in a Medical Admin Field or Customer Service. All applicants must be flexible with their schedule (Late Evenings and Saturday). Please email your resume along with references.
