Front Office Equities/Options Developer (Junior-Senior)

Company insight:

A rapidly growing trading firm is looking for a highly-skilled, collaborative C++ Developer to join their team as they innovate across traditional and emerging markets. Headquartered in Chicago, they have offices spread globally, combining technology, research, and risk management. They trade a variety of asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Commodities, and Energy, but are now looking to diversify further and expand into non-traditional strategies such as Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Crypto.

Role:

• Join the Core Infrastructure team as a C++ Developer, designing, developing, and maintaining a low-latency trading platform
• Working on various areas of the technical stack - including order routing, market data, and risk systems
• Work in a FO position - closely collaborating with Research and Quant teams

Experience/skills required:

• Experience within the trading industry or ultra-low latency-sensitive development
• Experience with multi-threaded programming
• Experience developing robust, scalable systems in C++ with latency constraints
