Currently, we are looking for a top-performing Front Office Operations Manager.

The Front Office Manager or Operations Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing and directing all aspects of hotel operations. In some circumstances, the Operations Manager may also be assigned responsibility for a specific hotel department.

Some Key Areas of Responsibility include:


  • Works closely with management throughout the hotel and the Company
  • Responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short and long-term planning, and day-to-day operations
  • Directly manages assigned staff and indirectly manages all subordinates
  • Directs all operations in alignment with the direction of General Manager, Company, brand standards, and local, state, and national regulations
  • Articulates Company goals to the staff
  • Demonstrates commitment to these goals through work ethic, integrity, and respect for the Company and associates
  • Unites associates in a common commitment to achieve and exceed these goals
  • Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner

Requirements:


  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Two or more years of related experience
  • Schooling in hospitality management, business, or related major
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Serviced focused leader
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
  • Strong rooms and customer service skills are essential
