Job Description

Pioneering Evolution has an opening for a Mid Level Front Office Administrator. We are looking for a Front Office Support professional with a focus on being a Technical Editor for a DoD organization. This position can support working a hybrid onsite/remote work schedule based on client needs.


:

  • Develops templates for briefings and documents
  • Maintains the master Action Item list for the program office
  • Assists the EA with the uploading of correspondence for endorsement and delivery
  • Provides a ‘polish’ to documents and briefings so all content is finalized and ready for PM/DPM review and signature
  • Manages compiling of inputs to the Monthly Status Report (MSR) and prepares for PM/DPM review and signature
  • Understands nuances of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and when documents/briefings/etc should be marked and make recommendations for appropriate markings
  • Holds regular Action item reviews with PAPMs, Task Leads, and/or Action Officers for status and/or proposed completion
  • As the Action Tracking Liaison you will need to track all actions assigned via meetings.
  • Briefs PM/DPM on Action Item statuses as due dates and/or major out briefings (such as Program Management Reviews) approach
  • Maintains the PMS 525 Programmatic Distro A (external) and Distro C (Internal) 101 briefings
  • Assists the Program Manager and/or Strategic Communications Analyst with drafting of correspondence to be delivered to the customer or U.S. stakeholders
  • Determines when documents are ready for EA to serialize and to start the PM/DPM review and signature process
  • Tracks the closing of informal actions as products are delivered via regular meetings with the RSNF Foreign Liaison Officers and closes formal actions via formal letters
  • Assists the Front Office team with in-office actions such as running virtual meetings, maintaining check-in of guests and stock of visitor badges, and helping to prepare for Program level conferences and meetings.
  • Formats letters and documents based on the Navy Correspondence Manual.
  • Reviews materials such as letters, documents, briefs, etc. created by subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical writers for clarity, punctuation, grammar, content, and format with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assists the Front Office team with in-office actions such as running virtual meetings, maintaining check-in of guests and stock of visitor badges, and helping to prepare for Program level conferences and meetings.


Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with technical editing in a government setting
  • Must be able to aquire a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • BA or BS degree and 1+ years of experience with writing or editing
