Job Title: Receptionist/Assistant for Independent Auto Dealer
We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant for our independent auto dealership that specializes in buying cars. The ideal candidate should have general knowledge of different makes and models and be able to assist with administrative and client tasks. You will be responsible for setting up appointments with customers, conducting research and reports, managing office tasks and supplies, greeting guests, and providing outstanding customer service both on the phone and in person. Running errands may be requested occasionally.
The successful candidate should be driven, passionate, and eager to gain knowledge and experience in the Receptionist/Office Desk position. You must possess excellent customer service skills, be articulate, presentable, and have a great personality. You should be able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and sign for packages and deliveries
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and ensure these areas are clean at all times
- Assist with office desk projects
- Assist with customer concerns
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well with others and establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external parties
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem solver with the ability to make helpful suggestions to improve efficiency
