Receptionist Position Description

At Pacific Building Group, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service, every time. We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Responsibilities includes (but may not be limited to):

• Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate individuals and taking messages when necessary.
• Create a welcoming environment for employees and office guests, ensuring excellent communication and a positive atmosphere throughout the office.
• Clean and restock the kitchen twice a day, ensuring an adequate supply of coffee, snacks, and paper goods. Keep track of inventory levels and notify the appropriate personnel when supplies need to be ordered.
• Monitor copier/printer supplies, including paper and ink cartridges. Inform the relevant individual when additional supplies are needed.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar position.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with various departments, peers, and subcontractors through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

$19-$21 per hour
