We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. About The Role

Primary Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
- Scheduling client appointments
- Client insurance benefits verification
- Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
- Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
What you’ll need to be successful
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Willingness to step into uncomfortable situations with clients, providers and coworkers
- Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow
- Flexibility- we are open Monday-Friday 7:00am-8:00pm and Saturday 8am-4pm. We work with our staff to schedule 8 hour shifts that provide the most support for the location.
