We're seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities include working with clients to create style guides, logos, flyers, icons, page layouts, vector files, brochures, reports, programs, billboards, landing pages, mockups, ads, maps, moodboards, and more.

The position demands someone who is attentive to detail and self-motivated.

This is an independent contractor position - we are seeking a freelancer.

📲 Some Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Provide design files
• Create mood boards
• Measure results
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Format files for print vs web
• Report to senior team members
• Proofread carefully
• Available to meet fast deadlines
• Strong communication and comprehension skills
• Professionally interaction with clients in terms of demeanor and style
• Demonstrate excellent listening and note-taking skills
• Present deliverables
• Meet set deadlines
• Research

📝 Requirements:

- Must be based in Philadelphia, PA

- 2 years of direct work experience with graphic design

- Proficiency in writing and speaking English and communication

- Experience with paid graphic design projects working with Illustrator

- Excellent listening skills

- Ability to think both creatively and strategically

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- University or college degree is a plus

🤳🏽 Qualifications:

• Most communication will take place virtually so you can work from home. You must be willing to speak to decision-makers about our services and you must be able to check-in with internal team members frequently. A strong internet connection is necessary.
• Ideal applicants can provide examples of their creative or artistic work, as a strong creative mindset is relevant to the demands of the job.
• A proven background in paid graphic design work, or relevant experience. Graphic design or relevant degrees are helpful, but not required if a strong portfolio can be provided. Prior experience with agency work is also preferred. Understanding and alignment with our values of inclusion and social equity and desire to bring these values to your works.
• Must be flexible as the structure of the business is constantly evolving.
