Job Summary:

With a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, the Senior Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and driving design excellence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that exceed expectations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the design team.
• Lead the creative direction and design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Conceptualize and create innovative designs for both digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, event materials, and more.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design projects.
• Review and ensure the quality of design deliverables, maintaining consistency and excellence in all design work.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, meeting project deadlines.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Previous experience working in marketing, advertising, or communications is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding and mentoring junior designers.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
