Graphic Designer Jobs

Bennett Williams Commercial, a nationally recognized Commercial Real Estate Firm, is looking to grow the Team by adding a talented individual to serve as a Graphic Designer. This position will be based out of the York, PA headquarters and will work closely to assist the Marketing Team to design digital marketing materials, such as, but not limited to, brochures, email blasts, videos, social media posts, and other marketing/design duties as assigned. Prior commercial real estate experience is great, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Use Demographic Data software such as Regis andPlacer.aito incorporate within marketing projects. Programs will be taught on the job.
• Manage multiple, time-sensitive, projects. Must be able to properly communicate realistic timelines.
• Create compelling designs for the company’s digital marketing brochures and other occasional marketing pieces such as, but not limited to, email blasts, videos, and social media posts.
• Work closely with the marketing team to collaborate on new ideas and design concepts.
• Manage and log brochure requests through a shared project management program.

Skills and Experience

• Associates Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred; Proven design experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
• Detail oriented.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating skills in all of the above applications.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must. Lightroom and Premiere Pro are a bonus.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• 2-4 Years of experience preferred
