$35-45/hour based on experience

We are looking for a talented freelance Graphic Designer to work with us! As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to complete brand, marketing, and social media assets and contribute ideas to the ongoing design, growth, and development of our social channels, retail print design, blog, and digital advertising.

:

• Deliver assets that will be used in our social feed, stories, and highlights, as well as our blog to support overall campaign goals and objectives
• Knowledge of various digital formats, including files & best practices
• Knowledge using Figma a plus
• Photo editing and retouching experience a plus
• Creating/Editing Videos for tutorials, digital ads, and campaigns with direction from Senior Graphic Designer
• Support the creative and marketing team on product and campaign launches to execute high-quality production and design work
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• BA degree in Design, Art, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred
• Photography and videography a plus
• Support and take direction from the Senior Graphic Designer and Director of Marketing on tasks relating to digital assets for marketing campaigns such as paid media, print, and social media posts and stories
• 2-3+ years of experience with Graphic/Social Design in an eCommerce Marketing and Retail Environment with a portfolio (must be able to show examples of your work)
• 1+ years of experience with Photoshop,Illustrator, Premiere, and Canva required
• Excellent comprehension & communication skills
• Multi-tasker, efficient, experienced working remotely - we are focused, fast-paced, collaborative
• Experience with social media is a plus
• Must be able to work well independently as well as collaboratively in a remote creative team environment
• Experience in the Hair Care and Hair Extensions Industry is a plus!
• Bilingual in Spanish, spoken and written is a plus
• Other job-related duties as requested
• Mac, Adobe, Google environment
• The best candidate for this position enjoys being busy and collaborating across multiple departments
• Experience with Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

Qualifications:

• Figma: 1 year (Bonus) Strong Plus
• Graphic Design Experience: 1-2 years (Required)
• E-commerce: 1-2 years (Required)
• Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent (Bonus)
• Social media: 1-2 years (Required)
• Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Required)
• Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Required)
