We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Franchise Development Intern at Summerfield Tea Bar. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in franchise development and explore the potential for a full-time position with our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in identifying and researching potential franchise markets and target demographics.
2. Support the development of franchise marketing strategies and materials.
3. Assist in creating compelling franchise presentations and proposals.
4. Collaborate with the franchise team to evaluate franchise applicants and conduct interviews.
5. Assist in conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of franchise training programs.
7. Support the coordination of franchise agreements and legal documentation.
8. Assist in monitoring and evaluating franchisee performance and providing ongoing support.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent research and analytical abilities.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Knowledge of franchise development principles and strategies (preferred but not required).

8. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the franchise industry.
