Job Description

Summary

The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the Food & Beverage areas within the hotel. This position will be responsible for assisting with scheduling, inventories, training new colleagues to resort standards, resolving guest concerns, and aiding as needed in all related departments. This individual shall always strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests.

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Payroll & scheduling
  • Foster a strong and positive team oriented environment
  • First Responder to ensure guest and colleague safety and security
  • Coach and counsel colleagues
  • Provide strong and consistent leadership and on the floor presence to best support colleagues and guests
  • Facilitate open and detailed communication across resort departments

Qualifications

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
