Finance Director Jobs

We are looking for a Director of Finance to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO and Corporate Controller
Provide leadership and coordination of the company’s financial planning, financing, and budget management functions
Ensure that company accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
Respond to equity partner requests for financial data
Be a key member of the leadership team, interfacing with the board of directors, and playing a central role in establishing the long-term strategy of the business
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of finance experience
4+ years of management experience
Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives
Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as a strategic thinker
