YayaTaleh is a streetwear brand that strives to show the beauty of high quality at affordable prices. We are currently searching for an Experienced Fashion Graphic Designer who specializes in conceptualizing and creating items for UNISEX STREETWEAR CLOTHING. Someone who is genuinely passionate about streetwear.

We Design to fit the demands of Street Fashion that focus more on artistic and cultivated trends. You will play an essential role in establishing a distinctive brand to meet customer expectations in the fast-moving clothing industry.

Essential Functions

• Excellent eye for detail
• Work closely with the design team translating concepts, making edits, and trends to the seasonal range to core product lines and target goals with the criteria as defined in the planning process.
• Be able to design Graphic Hoodies, Joggers, Hats, Footwear, Bags, T-shirts & Prints that are related to Street Wear fashion.
• Must have knowledge in streetwear design and fashion trends
• Reviewing products for style and fitting during a presentation so as making call out for correction.
• Must have experience using camera
• Understands Street Wear Culture. Be up to date with new trends in Clothing, Music & Entertainments
• Ability to work Remotely
• 6-8 Years of Experience as a Fashion Apparel Graphic Designer
• Knowledgeable on making tech packs.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, select styles, fabrics, colors & trims for collections.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Be familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Work with product development team to initiate material selection establishing key plus points & seasonal directions.
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

Responsibilities

• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

SKILLS

• Extensive knowledge in fabrics & garment construction.
• Previous experience as a designer in multiple product categories
• Advance skills in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Ability multi-task, solve problems & decisions making.
• Demonstrate an ability to work effectively within and/ or lead a team providing guidance to members.
• Excellent color acuity.
• Be creative, detail-oriented, proactive, effective in managing time and meeting deadlines
• Able to collaborate well with teammates but also work independently
• Be able to design Graphic T-shirt & prints that is related to Street Wear Fashion.

Experience:

• Adobe Illustrator: 5 years (Preferred)
• Garment construction: 2 years (Preferred)
• Fashion design: 5 years (Required)

Benefits

• Permanent Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
• Temp Base Pay: From $15-$20 per hour
• Job Type: Temp-Hire
• Monday to Friday
