Allied Facility Partners, LLC is a Design Build and ESCO focused on K-12, Higher Education, and Municipalities in the Public Sector.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and performing account reconciliations. The Accountant will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, rules, and regulations. The Accountant will also perform project accounting duties for construction projects.


Qualifications

  • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in ComputerEase and Microsoft Excel software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with strong time management skills
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting
