Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning in the region. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.
What You Will Do For Us

• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• The following tasks are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive, other duties may be assigned as necessary:
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

Requirements
What you will bring to the team:

• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• HVAC and refrigeration experience required

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma / GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred; or a combination of hospitality experience and education
• At least 5 years of facilities and maintenance preferred; including three years in a multi-location leadership role

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel by vehicle to multiple locations in and around market area on a regular basis
• Prolonged periods of standing and working in a busy restaurant/cinema setting
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, with or without accommodation
