JOB TITLE: F-15 Arabic/English Translator

SUMMARY:

DAWSON is looking for the next Translator to support the Print Plant Studio Directorate (PPSD) for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Supply Services contract, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position will provide all translation requirements within the Print Plant Studio Directorate locations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as designated by the Chief of Air Force Logistics and Supply and Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Location: This position is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The F-15 Translator will be fluent in speaking, writing, reading, and translating from English to Arabic, Arabic to English, as required in all formats of communication. This includes, but is not limited to, hand-written, electronic, voice messaging and other such translator requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with government customer.
• Prepare updated training materials, primarily in the form of PowerPoint slides, to support government-led training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Arabic
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers (soldiers and civilian).
• Prefer BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of Arabic Language Proficiency at an acceptable translation rate.
• Practice excellent communication, organization, and time management skills; must be reliable, efficient, and flexible. On time, on target, physically, mentally, emotionally and administratively, as required.
• Prefer prior knowledge of RSAF supply system and printing processes
• Shall be citizens of the US.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities.
• Must have 2-4 years of Arabic studies and/or experience in the Arabic Culture
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Arabic fluently.
• Be committed to work as a DAWSON team member for the benefit of the customer.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
