Title: Director Client Service US
Location: NYC (Hybrid)
Pay Band based in NY, NY: 190-250k
YOUR ROLE:
As a Director of Client Service, you will have a unique opportunity to manage and develop a set of core accounts with a high performing team of experienced business professionals and entrepreneurs. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the company and have an impact on the market by launching innovative offerings and delivering outstanding projects. You will work closely with senior leaders from the Client Service, Commercial and other functions, and experience the collaborative leadership style of Genioo.
You bring diverse experience within life sciences, which may include a mix of R&D, Commercial, TechOps, Supply Chain, Finance, Implementation, Digital and M&A. You are able to develop these functional areas effectively at your core clients, as well as act as a subject matter expert to other Genioo Client Service peers leading other accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Step in as a problem solver to help develop recommendations, effectively resolve issues and keep projects running on time and on budget.
- Contribute to the development of a fast-growing organization and scaling of internal functions.
- Partner with the Commercial / Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service and to align on extension opportunities.
- Lead both large-scale and smaller project teams that include independent consultants and client team members with involvement across all phases of the project.
- Manage & grow core accounts while building & strengthening relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Manage client service / project delivery for leading Life Sciences companies in the US.
- Be creative and innovative when it comes to expanding service offerings and solutions.
- Provide comprehensive solutions and develop compelling proposals for business challenges for our clients, particularly related to productivity, operational excellence, transformation, implementation and change management.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You’ve been consulting with Life Sciences businesses for at least 8 years and have worked for a leading Management Consulting firm.
- You are an experienced project manager with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- You have optimally also spent time in a corporate role, and understand how large life sciences firms operate, make decisions, and get work done.
- You have 10 - 15 years of experience and focus on execution, client success and use a hands-on approach to get things done.
- You have the entrepreneurial enthusiasm to help build a cutting-edge business and change the way companies do project work.
- You have a talent for synthesizing complex topics and explaining them in easily understood terms to a variety of stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication and listening skills combined with the ability to know when to add relevant value to discussions based on a particular audience.
- You have a contagious passion combined with demonstrated leadership in motivating people.
