What You Will Do


  • Track online conversion ratios (appointments/sales, leads/converted appointments, appointments made/appointments kept) and reports information to the management team.
  • Make 20+ calls daily to reach KPI’s
  • Attend Weekly training sessions to further develop yourself both professionals and personally
  • Set up daily, weekly, and monthly goals through lead generation activities of multiple channels
  • You will set your own schedule and be responsible for your production
  • Other Duties not listed may apply
  • Place outbound calls to qualified applicants and conduct interviews.
  • Prospecting potential candidates through all means of data sources, ie: LinkedIn, Facebook, Job Postings, etc.


Position Requirements


  • You have a drive to be the best at what you do and to succeed
  • You need to supply your own Laptop or Desktop Computer, High Speed Internet/Wi-Fi Access, and a Telephone
  • You will succeed if you are a good English speaker and communicator in the English Language
  • You must be coachable, wiling to learn and follow instructions
  • You agree to ongoing professional development
  • You must be willing to work from home in a quiet, non-interrupted environment for minimum 20 hours a week
  • You must have a laser focused work ethic, be ethical, and dedicated
  • You must be very professional and mature with a minimum 3 years work experience
