- Satellite Laboratories Establishment
- Market Expansion
- Collaborative Partnerships
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and licensing opportunities to expand our cannabis genetics portfolio.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for the establishment of satellite laboratories within customer facilities across the US.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnerships and laboratory operations.
- Continuously assess market trends, customer preferences, and emerging genetics to enhance our offerings.
- Experience in project management and laboratory operations is a plus.
- Sales in Large Scale Cannabis commercial grows and or MSOs
- Extensive experience in corporate development, business development, or strategic partnerships within the cannabis industry.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.
- Ability to travel as required for partnerships, laboratory site visits, and industry events. (20-50% nationally)
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and deal closures.
