We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our footprint in the home and community-based care sector.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business by leveraging your experience in selling to home and community-based care providers, case management agencies, and community center boards. Your expertise in working with home and community-based caregivers, case management agencies, and community center boards, as well as utilizing CRMs and generating outbound leads, will be essential for success in this role. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrate excellent sales organization skills, and be comfortable with frequent travel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our client base in the home and community-based care sector.
- Utilize your extensive experience selling to and working with home and community-based care providers, case management agencies, and community center boards to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing strong negotiation skills and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up with leads and prospects.
- Generate outbound leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, with a focus on both enterprise and small client sales.
- Work independently and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage your territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships.
- Handle travel requirements to attend meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed, showcasing our product and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer success, to share market insights and feedback to continuously improve our product offerings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- At least 3 years of experience selling to home and community-based care providers, case management agencies, and community center boards.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their use in managing and maintaining a sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to generate outbound leads and close deals with both enterprise and small clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while possessing strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
