Job Description

Overview

The Executive Director of Product Delivery leads a team of product managers, product owners, and agile resources to deliver exceptional products for IU Health's patients and consumers. Works closely with the Head of Product to develop processes to execute the product strategy that aligns with IU Health's patient-centered focus and digital experiences. Leads the planning and management to implement innovative products, optimize existing product offerings, and build a culture of experimentation and transformational thinking. Develops and executes product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with IU Health's overall strategy and goals. Fosters a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging continuous discovery, transformative thinking and challenging norms. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvements.

Required Skills/Experiences:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience (i.e., product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams of product managers and product owners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science is required.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
