The team is responsible for location-based databases and services, to support application scenarios e.g. TikTok, Lemon8. The objective is to help businesses to better connect users with real-world places and services, to solve their unmet needs, and meanwhile, to grow local businesses.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseas LBS mid-platform geographical information and positioning services, investigating competitive products to provide solutions for different business scenarios
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including partnership teams and engineers to introduce data and service, and scale capability across international businesses
• Responsible for POI database construction for Bytedance international businesses, and provide guidelines for data production, evaluation system, and product application scenarios

Qualifications

• Excellent project management capabilities, cross-team communication, and coordination capabilities
• Global vision and enthusiasm, global Internet products working experience is a plus
• Local service, Maps, and O2O industry working experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $144000 - $261744 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
