Executive Director Of Education

Summary: The purpose of this job description is to define the role and responsibilities of the Executive Director of the Hope Community, a branch of Anchor Point Ministry.
Key Responsibility Areas: Performs consultative, technical, and administrative work in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all education programs within Hope Community. Responsible for ensuring education goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities. Analyzes program issues, completes policy and program analysis, conducts program research, and develops program-related training and education. Additionally, the Executive Director of Hope Community is responsible for supervising the staff at the Center as well as oversight of the volunteers that serve at the Center.
