Our Work

TVCRN was founded as a 501c3 nonprofit organization in 2008 for the purpose of providing therapeutic early childhood and family support services to at-risk families in Malheur County with the intent of keeping young children healthily intact with their families and keeping them from entering the foster care system. We strive for excellence in all aspects of our organization.

Overall Duties

The Executive Director is the primary organizational leader and is responsible for administration, programs, staff development and supervision, strategic planning, state and private grants, fundraising activities, board of directors development, and compliance with standards that include Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR’s) for Relief Nurseries, certification standards of the Oregon Association of Relief Nurseries (OARN), Oregon Office of Childcare licensing rules for certified childcare centers, and others. Will serve as a representative of TVCRN on the Oregon Association of Relief Nurseries (OARN) Board.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations assuring alignment with annual work plans, strategic plans, and budget documents. Lead TVCRN with the support and partnership of the Board of Directors in the areas of budget development, financial management, and human resources. Inspire, engage, and support the Board of Directors and staff in a unified productive culture.
