Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company.
- Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and events on behalf of the CEO, including preparing materials and ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the CEO's office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a CEO or other senior executive.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
