Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO


Pay: $35-$40 per hour


Hours: Part Time (20 hrs/wk)


Company Overview: ProAutomated is a fast-paced and growing business in engineering field services. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and value to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in achieving their goals.


Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and manage the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office. This is a part time role that includes managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, organizing events, and handling a wide range of confidential information.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform other duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the CEO's office.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings and events on behalf of the CEO, including preparing materials and ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company.
  • Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO.


Qualifications:


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a CEO or other senior executive.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


This is a flexible part-time position (20 hr/wk expected) with competitive pay. The role is primarily remote with the expectation of meeting once per week in person in either Philadelphia, PA, or Newark, DE.
