What You'll Do
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-level professional administrative services to clients. You'll work independently with clients as their main point of contact, ensuring tasks and projects are executed with precision and delivered on time. Rest assured, you won't be alone in this journey; you'll receive support from your assigned Account Supervisor, who will be there to assist with plan modifications, answer questions, and provide valuable feedback.
Your Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to assist clients with various tasks, including but not limited to:
Project Management and Organization: Facilitating on-time project and goal completion.
Personal and Business Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating appointments to maximize efficiency.
Research: Conducting research on events, travel, projects, etc., and providing results to the team.
Purchases and Expense Reporting: Ensuring purchases meet client satisfaction and organizing expenses.
Administrative Tasks: Handling inbox and calendar management, transcription, research, and data entry.
Social Media Management and Marketing: Supporting clients with their social media presence.
Virtual Meetings: Assisting with meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up.

Requirements
To thrive as a Virtual Assistant, you should have the following qualifications:
Associate’s Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of 7 years of Executive Assistant experience.
Minimum Of 4 Years Of Administrative Experience.
Experience working with C-level executives is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with task management tools such as Trello or Asana.
Preferred Experience With Communication Platforms Like Slack.
Preferred experience with CRM platforms such as SalesForce, Hubspot, or Zoho.
Preferred experience with expense reporting programs like Quickbooks or Expensify.
Preferred Experience With Travel Management Tools Like Concur.
Preferred experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Wordpress.
A reliable Internet connection, computer, and phone.
Typing ability of at least 50 WPM with accuracy.
Availability during business hours PST or EST Monday-Friday.
Compensation And Benefits
We understand your value and commitment as a Virtual Assistant, which is why we compensate you as a 1099 independent contractor. You'll receive 47% of your client's monthly plans, with monthly pay averaging between $1500 to $3800, depending on the client mix. After 6 months of tenure, your revenue split can increase to 50%. Additionally, we offer a supportive environment and provide resources to ensure your success.
