Responsibilities
Gather and organize documents, materials, and information for efficient data entry.
Conduct research to complete missing information and enhance data accuracy.
Transform physical documents into digital formats, maintaining clarity and precision.
Thoroughly review documents for discrepancies, promptly notifying supervisors of any issues.
Manage and create spreadsheets with complex data sets, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Validate data by cross-referencing it with source documents to maintain reliability.
Capture and input data into digital databases, backed up securely and regularly.
Update and manage databases, archives, and digital filing systems to ensure current information.
Monitor and rectify errors or inconsistencies within databases to uphold data quality.
Generate and export comprehensive data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required.
Provide additional support through general administrative tasks such as filing, supply monitoring, and document processing.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or similar roles.
Proficient typing skills with exceptional accuracy.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Aptitude for managing and processing high volumes of data without compromising quality.
Familiarity with database systems and digital as well as paper filing methods.
Understanding of fundamental administrative and clerical procedures.
Keen attention to detail, with the ability to sustain focus during extended tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration.
