Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Office Administrator to help manage our close-knit team of approximately ten employees, as well as a group of remote full and part-time independent contractors. With the support of the co-founders who are accessible for guidance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. As the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of human resources, employee management, payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding, record maintenance, equipment management, invoicing, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for employee-related matters, including attendance, PTO, and general inquiries.
Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant records.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including correspondence, meeting coordination, and report generation.
Prepare documentation for new hires, pay adjustments, and benefit changes.
Maintain accurate employee records, recruitment files, and organization charts.
Handle sensitive and confidential information, including employee relations and organizational changes.
Respond to requests from employees and managers, offering guidance on leave management, benefits, and HR procedures.
Assist in organizing training programs and events, as well as maintaining updated job descriptions.
Manage employee performance appraisal processes and contribute to salary increase planning.
Oversee administrative resources, travel arrangements, supply orders, and general office duties.
Fulfill standard administrative assistant responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications And Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment processes.
Proficient keyboard skills for accurate report generation.
Ability to present information effectively using tables and spreadsheets.

Education And Experience
High school diploma required.
Degree in Human Resource and Office Management preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a general administrative assistant, preferably with HR responsibilities.
