Executive Assistant Details


  • Salaried ( Monday through Friday )
  • Full Time work available
  • Direct Hire position
  • $ 50,000.00 to $ 60,000.00 / annually


Will be assisting the CEO with creating operating procedures, organizational management and continuous improvement within the organization


Problem solving and troubleshooting operating procedures


Business correspondence


Tracking data and driving CEO to appointments


Executive Assistant Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent business operational experience


Must have experience creating operational procedures and organizational management


Basic accounting skills knowledge, use of QuickBooks preferred not required


Skilled in business writing and grammar


Strong technical abilities with computer programs such as Apple and Microsoft Suite


Valid Oregon drivers' license and good driving record in last 5 yrs
