MAIN PURPOSE:
It’s an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth.
The Events Coordinator will be involved in all experiential moments taking place within North America where the Loewe brand is primarily or prominently featured, including brand activations, client dinners, store openings, product launches and wholesale partnerships.
Ideal candidates will be eager to demonstrate a capacity to help build experiential activations that increase brand awareness.
Based in the New York City corporate office, this position will report to the VP of Marketing and Communications and work closely with the CRM and Special Projects managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Budget coordination
- Reporting (Pre-event proposals & post-event recaps)
- This includes large scale/image events, regional local shop store events, boutique openings, media/advertising, charity and corporate events.
- Daily responsibilities include:
- Focus on Retail & Marketing activities to support local boutiques
- Third-party oversight: Photographers, catering, production agencies, venues, etc.
- Plan, organize and execute Loewe-branded events, in tandem with global and local corporate teams.
- Maintain in-house contact database, events calendar (national/regional holidays, celebrity, social, cultural moments of note)
- Support in execution of client-facing events
- Guest list management
- Dialogue with HQ to ensure all efforts adhere to brand guidelines
- Deliverables: invitations, escort cards, menus, run-of-show, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and expertise:
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in event production, ideally within fashion or luxury retail
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Office, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat; or similar
The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 - $75,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution
