About the opportunity:


We are looking for a very organized and creative person to work part-time supporting all operational and creative planning for the project and final delivery of the Extraordinary Women in Tech Global Conference in San Francisco (October 4th & 5th, 2023).


Responsibilities:


  • Receiving, reviewing, and organizing presentations
  • Active contact with event speakers and mentors - Follow up by email to charge for sending materials, presentations, image agreements, photos, biography, etc.
  • Help with social media communication strategy and monitoring the email-marketing flow for attendees, speakers, and leads;
  • Support in the search, negotiation, and definition of Vendors, Gifts, Activations, and Scenography.
  • Responsible for running the organization and planning of the workshops that will be held at the conference, helping structure the mentorship program for women in tech


Required Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail;
  • Intermediate ability to work with PowerPoint and Excel (or Google Workspace);
  • Availability to work 20 hours a week.
  • Experience in marketing roles or activities related to events/conferences or marketing;
