Urban Creator Inc. is a creative-based, integrated, hybrid communication group in Costa Mesa, CA. We specialize in product planning and distribution/marketing integration consulting, as well as influencer management based on unique and creative ideas. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Special Event Manager to join our team.


Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Project planning, marketing, and operating Manager to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Costa Mesa, CA. The Marketing Special Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing special events for Urban Creator Inc. This includes developing event concepts, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and overseeing event logistics. The Marketing Special Event Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the events.


Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in event planning and marketing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of event planning and marketing principles
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills


Skills

  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Planner
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
  • Advertising & Marketing agency experience is a big plus
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of business operations and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude


Base Salary

  • $43,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year(Based on experience)


Winning Bonus

  • $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per year
