Our client is a pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry. Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Estimator in Construction to join their team of experts. You will be in charge of organizing all project budgeting, which includes gathering subcontractor pricing, creating quantity surveys, and evaluating historical cost information.

Estimator Responsibilities

• Present management with elaborate and thorough reports
• Knowledgeable about GMP and lump sum contract kinds
• Complete huge commercial estimates from start to finish
• Ensure that expenses adhere to the forecast plan by monitoring the project's various phases
• Facilitation of owner contracts and permitting
• Follow the processes and procedures for estimation and pre-construction
• Conduct frequent risk analyses.

Estimator Qualifications

• Must have Procore, Bluebeam, etc
• 1–5+ years of experience in a position related to construction with knowledge of estimates for significant commercial projects
• Excellent communication and presenting abilities
• Strong ability to solve problems
• Someone who likes estimates and numbers
• A potential hire with On Screen takeoff knowledge
• Proficient with the MS Office Suite and other necessary software
